Party FAQs
IS THERE A PARTY ROOM FOR EATING?

We do not have a party room for eating. For the packages that include 30 minutes of eating time, our staff member will clear the area on the PC station for an eating surface. There is no gaming and eating at the same time.
Will my party be private?
WILL MY PARTY BE PRIVATE?

Unless you book a private event, our doors will be open to the public. We will do our best to seat your party in a dedicated area together.
Is my deposit refundable?
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

We charge a 50% deposit to reserve the date of the event. The deposit is nonrefundable but does apply towards the total cost of the package.
Parents of Guest?

Parents are welcome in the party, however, we do not encourage you to invite too many adults as the venue is for gaming and we do not have a lounging area for parents to sit.
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS?

For the BASIC Gaming Package, you may bring a simple dessert (ie: cookies or cupcakes, NO cakes please). One drink and snack are included in your package.

For the EPIC Party Package, you may bring a simple dessert (ie: cookies or cupcakes, NO cakes please) and extra bottled drinks to accompany your 2 pizzas that are included in your package as well as a free snack and drink.

For the PRIVATE Events, you may bring in simple finger foods (ie: pizza, nugget tray, finger sandwiches, single serving bag of chips, cookies, cupcakes, and bottled drinks)
Do you have controllers to use?
DO YOU HAVE CONTROLLERS TO USE?

We have some Xbox controllers that can be used for the PCs. You may bring your own controllers, mice and headphones as well.
What is the recommended age?
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED AGE?​

We suggest gamers be a minimum of 9 years old. Parental discretion is advised on games rated 10+ and up.
